Our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you wish to cancel the order, we are here to help. You will be able to cancel the order or cancel product(s) from your order in multiple ways. However, cancellation should be done before we ship your order, usually within 24hrs. Once the order is shipped, which you would be notified by email, you cannot cancel, but you can ask for a return of your order. Please refer to return and refund policy in this case.
If we have not shipped your order below are the steps to cancel. Post successful cancellation, refunds would be provided as per applicability.
Please contact our customer services team by email firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp +971 56 403 0465 to notify them about the cancellation. You will need to provide full details of your customer order number, which is provided in the email that arrives with your order, together with details of the items you wish to cancel.
Once you have received a confirmation that we will accept a cancellation for your order/product, and you have already paid by card, please make sure you indicate whether you would like a refund, or replacement. If you haven’t done any payment, no action need to be taken from your end.
Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. We will notify you by email once your refund or replacement has been processed. During busy periods, please allow for up to 15days for the refund transfer to be completed.
