Q: What are your shipping options?
We want you to have the best and convenient way of delivering your orders. Below are the options:
1) Standard Delivery: Our most popular delivery option. Its FREE on orders over 200 AED or Cost is 15 AED. Delivery time is maximum 1-3 working days depending on your location in UAE. For our customers outside of UAE, delivery time is maximum 7 to 10 working days and the shipping charge would depend on the package weight and the destination country.
2) UAE Out of City Limits (Remote Areas): Cost is 25 AED for all Remote areas within in UAE, delivery time is Maximum 3 working days.
3) Same Day Delivery: It speaks for itself. Order and receive on the same day. Good only if you order before 12 noon else it will be delivered at the soonest possible time on the same day. Cost is 25 AED. This option is available only within Dubai.
4) Pick-up: Our representative will contact you once your order is ready for pick up usually within 24hrs. By default, you can pick up your order at our Showroom located at: Showroom No. 7, Ground Floor, Bin Shabib Building, UmmRamool, Dubai or Call +971 4 2277995 or WhatsApp +971 56 403 0466 to further assistance.
Q: I am not from Dubai but still in the UAE, can I buy your products?
No need to worry. Samawa Global has its own fleet of vehicles and have also collaborated with many shipping companies to deliver your items all around UAE.
Q: I am not from the UAE, can I buy your products?
No need to worry. We have partnered with DHL, FedEx, Aramex and PostaPlus for delivery to most countries around the globe. However there could be restrictions on number of Pcs that can shipped as perfumes comes under dangerous goods. For inquiries on international orders, please send an email to ebuy@samawaglobal.com. Rest be assured that your request will be worked upon ASAP.
Q: Can I pay via Credit Card or Debit Card?
Yes, you can. Our payment gateway is secured and maintained by Mashreq Bank. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express
Q: I want to pay using PayPal but it's not included in the payment options?
First, we apologize for the inconvenience. Payment using is your PayPal Account not yet available as one of your payment options due to some technical reasons. Even though that we want you to have the best options available but for the moment it is not possible PayPal has not fully integrated their system with the United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Enabling PayPal on our website will include additional costs and expenses. As a decision, we will park the idea for the time being but will certainly have it once PayPal makes AED available. And secondly, as one of the major banks in the UAE, Mashreq Bank provides us the payment gateway services for you to pay your order using Credit or Debit Card. Rest be assured that your details are secured.
Q: I want to pay Cash on Delivery (COD), is it possible?
Yes, it is very possible for UAE customers, and we welcome it. The good news is there is no additional charges!
