Panthere is the new feminine fragrance by Cartier from March 2014. Inspired by the heritage of the house, the panther is always present in the perfumes of this line produced since 1986. The new perfume symbolizes freedom a woman who is independent, graceful, and rebellious.
The fragrance is sensual and bold floral - chypre. Created by perfumer Mathilde Laurent with central notes of gardenia and animal musk. The upper part of the composition exudes a greenish mixture of fruit in styrallyl acetate molecule, containing shades of rhubarb, strawberries, dried fruit, apple, and apricot. The heart is dominated by gardenia, selected as the central flower to avoid excessive oriental character and also not so common ingredient.
